Since 2009, Aakon Capital is involved in real estate investments in United States of America. Aakon Capital in cooperation with Wewe Group provides advisory to its clients on strategy related to these investments located in Florida and Arkansas. In 2014, our clients successfully divested a condominium building in Downtown Miami. Currently, we focus on selecting suitable strategy for monetization of vacant lots in Florida.

Aakon Capital and its associated companies are active in management of commercial real estate mainly in Moravia. These activities are managed primarily by Wewe Group We are also able to provide assistance with financing of real estate transactions.
